Tips for Making the Most of Your 50-Minute Session

Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to ensure a smooth start.

Comfortable Clothing: Bring a dry robe, baggy tracksuit top, or shorts—something comfortable for before and after your session.

Footwear: Don’t forget to bring sliders, crocs, or similar footwear for convenience.

Changing Facilities: Use the gym’s changing rooms to get into your swimwear before heading to the recovery area. Wearing your dry robe or similar will make the transition easier. This also allows the group before you to use the recovery area without overlap. You can bring your gear down to the recovery changing area.

Parking Reminder: Avoid parking behind any cars outside the gym to ensure you won’t need to move your vehicle during the session.
