Terms and Conditions for Sauna and Ice Bath Use

By using the sauna and ice bath facilities at our gym, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility
    Sauna and ice bath services are available to gym members only. Users must be 16 years or older, or have parental consent if under 16.

  2. Health Considerations
    It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good health to use the sauna and ice bath. If you have any medical conditions, such as cardiovascular issues, respiratory problems, or skin conditions, or are pregnant, please consult with a healthcare professional before using these facilities.

  3. Proper Use

    • Sauna: Use the sauna at your own risk. Limit your time in the sauna to 15-20 minutes per session. Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell.
    • Ice Bath: Limit time in the ice bath to 3-5 minutes per session. Always gradually immerse yourself and avoid staying in too long to prevent hypothermia.

  4. Safety Guidelines

    • No running, jumping, or engaging in dangerous behavior in or around the sauna and ice bath areas.
    • Do not use the sauna or ice bath if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
    • Always remain hydrated before and after using the sauna or ice bath.

  5. Respect for Others
    Please be courteous and share these facilities with other members. Limit your session times during peak hours if others are waiting to use the facilities.

  6. Personal Items and Attire
    Appropriate swimwear or athletic wear is required in both the sauna and ice bath. Please refrain from bringing personal items such as towels, electronics, or food into these areas.

  7. Facility Damage or Misuse
    Any damage to the sauna or ice bath equipment due to misuse will result in charges for repair or replacement. Users must report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to staff immediately.

  8. Liability
    By using the sauna or ice bath, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating at your own risk. The gym is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or accidents that may occur during your use of the sauna and ice bath.

  9. Cancellation or Change of Service
    The gym reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel sauna and ice bath services at any time due to maintenance, operational needs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Notice will be provided where possible.

By accessing the sauna and ice bath facilities, you agree to these terms and conditions and understand the risks involved.
